Eligibility for returns
Due to the nature of research-use reference materials, products generally cannot be returned once dispatched. Limited exceptions apply for items damaged in transit or supplied incorrectly. Please contact us within a reasonable timeframe of delivery to discuss eligibility.
Non-returnable items
Opened, reconstituted, or otherwise handled research materials are not eligible for return under any circumstances. Bacteriostatic water, syringes, swabs, and other consumables are also non-returnable once dispatched.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. Where eligible, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, processing times may vary after the refund is initiated.
Order cancellation
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the Returns Policy applies.
Research product handling restrictions
All returned items must remain unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging. Australia Wide Peptides reserves the right to decline returns of items that show signs of handling, opening, or use.
