Shipping Policy

Orders are reviewed and prepared during standard business hours. Compliance and address checks are performed prior to dispatch. Confirmation and tracking are provided once the order leaves our facility.

Orders placed before the daily cut-off are typically prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days. During periods of high demand, dispatch may take slightly longer; updates are sent by email.

We ship Australia-wide using tracked express services. Estimated transit times vary by region and are provided at checkout. All parcels are packaged discreetly with appropriate handling for the material supplied.

A tracking number is provided once the parcel is collected by the carrier. Tracking allows you to monitor the parcel from dispatch through to delivery.

Occasional delays can occur due to carrier capacity, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. We will communicate any known issues affecting your delivery.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. Parcels returned due to incorrect details or unsuccessful delivery attempts may attract additional shipping fees for redelivery.

If a parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe beyond the carrier's estimate, please contact us with your tracking number so we can begin an investigation with the carrier.

Sensitive lyophilised materials are packaged with appropriate insulation for typical Australian transit conditions. Upon arrival, parcels should be unpacked promptly and stored according to the storage guidance provided with each product.
